iOS critical alert

Critical alerts that can be filtered just to tornado warning at my location. Preferably the hyper local ones and not just by county. This would be huge. It would bypass a silent phone setting or do not disturb sleep focus to wake the user to take cover. No app seems to have this and it could save lives. The only other one seems to be carrot and you have to pay their top tier but your app is way better (in a I don’t want a robot to be snarky when I might die kind of a way). Would be more than glad to help contribute/test. Let me know how I can help. I sent this via email before I found the community. Seems pretty calm here. #193936 is the ticket.
